How do I cancel an order?

If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please email hello@linderapparel.com to inform one of colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.

Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.

If it is too late to cancel your delivery, we will discuss options for an exchange or refund.

 

Where can I return a product?

There are 3 ways to return a product:

  1. Over the phone: You can also arrange free product collection and refund, alternatively exchange or repair, by calling the Linder Apparel team on: +1 (307) 201-2937.
  2. Email: You can also arrange free product collection and refund by emailing hello@linderapparel.com . Please ensure that you provide your order number before sending your email

An unwanted, faulty, damaged or incorrect product can be returned within different time period, please check the return policy.

 

How do I return an unwanted product?

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online or over the phone.

Please note: if you’re returning an item you paid for by PayPal – refunds can only be made to your PayPal account.

Separately to the 21 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

How do I return a faulty product?

    1. Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund. You can arrange for a return by calling us on +1 (307) 201-2937, or by emailing hello@linderapparel.com .

2 . Within the product’s guarantee period, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Please call the Linder Apparel Team on +1 (307) 201-2937 or emailing hello@linderapparel.com to arrange collection. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

How do I return a damaged or incorrect product?

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.

Please note: if you’re returning an item you paid for by PayPal, we will only be able to offer you a refund via PayPal.

Can I return a product without proof of purchase?

Sure, we can usually find your order history by searching your name & email address. If you know your order number please provide your order numbers when you return a product.
