What are your delivery options?

Delivery is FREE on all items!

 

We have warehouses in USA, UK, Poland and China. Although most our stock is sent from the UK please be aware that your item may be coming from overseas and as such delivery may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

This saves costs for us, which we pass directly to you. Dealing directly with the brands also means that you can be sure that the items you are getting from us are 100% authentic. We are online only, this means no store rents or retail staff costs. Without all these additional costs we can keep our prices really low – and we make sure the customer is the benefactor of these cost savings.

What is your returns policy?

We have a no quibble 14 days returns guarantee this means that if you are not happy with your item. For any reason, you can return it for a full refund, with no questions asked.

 

Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the item, and must be in its original unused, unwashed, brand new condition. When returning an item please be sure to include your order number (on confirmation emails) so we know who it is coming from. Please also state if you are returning for an exchange such as for different colour, style or size etc or for a refund.

 

Before you return your item please contact info@dslecommerce.com for your you authorization number and also the returns address 🙂

 

We do not pay for return postage, this will be at your own cost. We only refund price of the item, not postage costs.

What if it gets lost in the post?

We send all orders with full tracking to make sure that your item is delivered on time, so the chances of this occurring are very low. In the unlikely event that anything is lost in the post we will provide a full refund or a replacement the choice is yours. We do not consider items lost in the post until 6 weeks have passed and still no delivery.

What if the clothing doesn't fit?

As per our return process and guarantee above, if your item doesn’t fit you can return it for a full refund or have the item replaced in a different size if available.

The waiting period is a bit longer at Linder because your order coming directly from the supplier to you.

 

These waits can be as long as three to four weeks, but often arrive much sooner, usually 3-5 days. We are unable to offer any kind of delivery time guarantee, unless specifically stated in the product description.

 

This is because often the suppliers we use are usually overseas, because often that means that you get the best quality at the lowest price.

There is an item I like, how long will delivery take?

Delivery can take as long as 21-28 days. Please only order if you are able to wait this long.

Do you have any physical stores?

No we don’t have any physical stores. We are online only, this way we can deliver the lowest prices. See “Why are you so cheap” question above to see how we save on costs.
